VOLTi4 Client Portal is partially compliant with theWeb Content Accessibility Guidelines version2.2 AA standard.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
Client Portal
- Some page items are not read by screen readers (1.3.1)
- Some page modals need to be made larger (1.4.10)
- Some error messages need to be more specific in describing the issue they are highlighting (3.3.3)
- Some information submission pages do not have review steps before submission or aren’t reversible (3.3.4)
Disproportionate burden
Candidate Portal
- There is only one way to navigate around the Portal, due to its very simplistic structure (2.4.5)
We’ve assessed the cost of resolving the above. We believe that doing so now would be a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations. Should the structure become less simplistic at any point, we shall review and make changes.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
